📌 Requirements

* C1 level English speaking — fluent and confident, with a neutral accent

* Strong English reading and writing skills (B2 or higher)

* Laptop and stable high-speed internet connection

* Basic Microsoft Office skills

* Good computer literacy, discipline, and willingness to learn

🎓 Training & Work Conditions

* 1-month paid training (3–4 hours/day) focused on communication and service skills

* During training: 4,000,000 UZS/month + performance bonus

* After training: Starting salary 7,000,000 UZS + up to 5,000,000 UZS monthly bonus

* Salary and conditions increase with experience and performance

🕒 Work Schedule

Choose your shift (Uzbekistan time):

* 19:00 – 02:00

* 23:00 – 06:00

(5 days a week, Monday to Friday)
